Wait on the Lord’s Time – Paul Starr

“The faith that you have and the mustard seed that you plant today will bear fruit tomorrow, it will. You may not ever know it, but it will happen in some way, shape, or form.” – Paul Starr

This week on the Grace Unscripted Podcast, we get to hear the awesome story of Paul Star. Paul grew up locally in the Stow area in a family deeply rooted in the church. In early adulthood, he spent time in the military and ultimately walked away from his faith. As God started pulling Paul and his family back to Himself years later, Paul proceeded with caution just looking to find a reason to walk away again, but ultimately found purpose and fulfillment in a relationship with God.

If Paul’s story has resonated with you or you have any questions, we would love to hear from you! You can email us at Unscripted@graceohio.org! We are also excited to let you know that we have a Grace Unscripted worship playlist made up of each guest’s favorite worship song, or songs! 1: Ask – Your Will Be Done: God’s Will | 10/20/24

It’s easy to come to prayer with a list of our desires, essentially saying, “Here’s what I want, God; now make it happen.” It’s instinctual. We want God to step into our story, to bless our plans, and to handle our problems. But Jesus invites us into something bigger. Yes, prayer is for every circumstance, but He calls us to start with, “Your will be done.” To join in what the Father is already doing. To care about the things on His heart. Imagine the impact we could make if God’s people united in praying not just for what we want, but for the very things He calls us to pray for. What would happen if our prayers aligned with His heart, His mission, His kingdom?
