As the New Year approaches, most of us will likely think through ways we would like to improve our lives or problems we would like to fix. 12/29/19 Moments of Wonder – Jesus

In each of our lives, there are moments that make us wonder. Often there are times that we doubt, and situations that cause us to pause and think through the way that we live our life. These moments are incredibly important. They are the moments when God interacts with us.  

The people who were a part of the first Christmas experienced this reality. They had dreams and passions and goals, as well as challenges and questions and doubts.  Like us, they came to moments of wonder – what is God doing, why is he doing it, and will he actually stay with me through it all?  

Join us at Grace this Christmas for our series, Moments of Wonder. We’ll take some time to talk about the moments in life that make us pause, and help us to remember who Jesus is, why He came, and what that means for us this holiday season.

11/10/19 – There Are Just Some Things You Shouldn’t Do Alone – Wash Each Other’s Feet

There are just some things you shouldn’t do alone. Life is one of those things. In the highs and the lows that get thrown at us, it becomes clear that to live life well, we need each other. 

The Bible talks a lot about doing life with God and with other people. When we share our lives with others, we are more able to follow Jesus even when things are hard. Jesus even taught that when we are committed to each other, that’s when our faith is truly on display. 

In our series, There Are Just Some Things You Shouldn’t Do Alone, we’ll look at what the Bible says about living life with one another. We’ll learn about God’s heart to know us and see the amazing things that can happen when we love one another.
